sunday and today

well i had fun sunday i actually went to help out and serve i met a coup[le of new people so it was fun and a interetsing conversation. well anyway today was aproductive day i dont go for my run had to take care of my mom she got a little sick washed the dishes vaccumed went to home depot and i actually finshe my new ladder which was a coup[le days ago and i just finish my trx which i will try out tomorrow with fawnand i will go fro my run later on
