well i woke up in a good mood ate my breafast i had rasin bran and 2 eggs then iran twice around and tookm y mom on errands i asked her to drop me ooff on motor ave and venice i ran from there to my house and only took me an hr i was like wow when my mom open the door she was happy and excited she alos told me iwas crazy but idid im am so soar my legs rel hurt but iam going to run more later i need to llok good for my self. i want to thank zac and fawn for everything they have done for us they givng me life they gave me power will determination they gave me a new world that i cann se and i am worth it 100% regardless of what people say they gave me an authentic bernie thats who iam original powerful exquisite charming man i know i still have my faults but im learning those faults my life is god thank you so much zac and fawn much love and respect for you guys i lvoe you guys you guys are so awesome i thank god he put you guys in me and my brothers and sisters life thank you

weel my week starting out great i just finish my morning workout and later go see fawn . sunday had a great day hung out with my bro and some of the guys it was fun but this week is going to be more harder im goingto bust my butt more i found out how much dedication and heart i have and im goingto use it to my advantage because the more iuse it the less aggression i have i want to also look good for me my my soul becuase the cleaner my soul is the better my smile is and personality. i want to thank all the people who are supporting me and are behind me 100% becuase iwant to give back that 100% persent to the peol who are supporting me thank you all .

Bernie is changing! He has gone from 240 pounds to 218! Yes, take a look on the outside, but his inner transformation is even more incredible! He gets less angry, he is going after his dreams and he is always meeting new people and laughing! This is a new Bernie! Can't wait to move forward!!! You rock Bernie!!!! -Fawn

my week

well i di go to runyan canyon it was tiring but fun i got to see the world ina diffrent perspective but it was fun. and i applied to quisnoz today and and to school which im alilttle nervous andim going to go for auto collision and repair so i can fix my own dents my wife or kids when i ever get married and most of all fix my montecarlo which i do love . andd also i went to forge yester that was fun played basketball ultimate frisbbe floor pong and had lunch so it was a very awesome day and met some great guys hope i get a chance to go again

started the new year great been excercising little by little and i lost 4 lbs so im at 218 im so happy and feel great
