errands

well today i been having a good day im happy over whelmed and excited well today of course i had my work out and did and errand i went to the store bought some beer for my dad and tortillas for my mom.  i saw an older lady who bought a lot of drinks cokes an sunkist and diet coke so after i was done paying i went over to ask her if she needed any help and she told me no thank you i need to work my arms out and i asked her are you sure and she said no thank you are such a gentle man
